By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. These terms are designed to protect both you (the "Client") and G&B Contracting Company ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Scope of Services

We provide handyman, general contracting, and custom carpentry services, including but not limited to:

• Home repairs and maintenance

• Fixture replacement and installs

• Custom builds (e.g., shelving, barn doors, bookcases)

• Painting, drywall, fencing, and other small-scale construction work

Specific scopes, timelines, and costs will be outlined in written estimates or service agreements before work begins.

2. Scheduling & Availability

Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. Weekend services are offered but may book in advance. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a $50 fee.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on labor, materials, and job complexity. Any changes to scope may result in updated pricing and timeframes.

4. Payments and Deposits

• Handyman Services: Full payment is due upon job completion

• Custom Projects: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work or order materials

• Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or electronic transfer

Final balances are due upon completion and client approval of the work.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
In general, services are non-refundable once completed and approved. For custom work, deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or labor has started.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe, accessible work environment

• Disclose any relevant issues (e.g., water damage, electrical hazards) before work begins

• Keep pets, children, or obstacles away from work areas

7. Liability and Warranty

We are licensed and insured. We take every precaution to complete work safely and accurately.

• We offer a 7-day workmanship guarantee on most services

• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, customer-installed materials, or third-party interference

8. Intellectual Property

Any content on our website — including logos, designs, text, and images — is the property of G&B Contracting Company and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy and Data

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to those changes.
