Refund Policy

Effective Date: [Insert Date]

At G&B Contracting Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and reliable service. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and mutual understanding between our business and our valued clients.

Service-Based Work (Handyman & Repairs)

Once a project is completed and approved by the client:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer cash refunds for completed services.

However, if there is an issue with workmanship or materials, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

You may be eligible for:

  • Free corrections or adjustments if notified within 7 days of job completion

  • Partial credit or rework if the issue cannot be resolved through corrections

Custom Builds & Projects (e.g., barn doors, shelving, built-ins)

Custom work involves labor, time, and materials unique to your project. As such:

  • 50% deposit is non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun

  • Final payment is due upon completion and approval of the job

If you cancel a custom project before materials are ordered or work begins, we may issue a partial refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees.

Cancellations

For Standard Appointments:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee

For Custom Projects:

  • Cancellations made after deposits may result in a partial refund only, depending on how far the project has progressed
