At G&B Contracting Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and reliable service. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and mutual understanding between our business and our valued clients.
Service-Based Work (Handyman & Repairs)
Once a project is completed and approved by the client:

All sales are final.

We do not offer cash refunds for completed services.
However, if there is an issue with workmanship or materials, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:
You may be eligible for:

Free corrections or adjustments if notified within 7 days of job completion

Partial credit or rework if the issue cannot be resolved through corrections
Custom Builds & Projects (e.g., barn doors, shelving, built-ins)
Custom work involves labor, time, and materials unique to your project. As such:

50% deposit is non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun

Final payment is due upon completion and approval of the job
If you cancel a custom project before materials are ordered or work begins, we may issue a partial refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees.
Cancellations
For Standard Appointments:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee
For Custom Projects:

Cancellations made after deposits may result in a partial refund only, depending on how far the project has progressed
